Regional Director of the California Democratic Party Florice Orea Hoffman Joins Long List of Democrats in Supporting Correa for Congress
Santa Ana, CA— After weeks of major endorsements rolling in from the California Democratic Party, its Chairman John Burton, and CA Democratic Party LGBT Caucus Southern California Chair & California Democratic Party Executive Board Member Denise Penn, today, Lou Correa earned the official endorsement of the Regional Director of the CA Democratic Party Florice Orea Hoffman in his race for the 46th Congressional District.
Upon announcing her support, Regional Director of the CA Democratic Party Florice Orea Hoffman released the following statement:
“Lou Correa is the best candidate to represent Orange County in Congress. He’s a lifelong Democrat who has spent his entire career focusing on creating policies that lift up working families by stimulating local economic growth, creating new educational opportunities for our youth, and supporting after school and gang prevention programs to make our communities safer. I know Lou will continue to fight for these values in Congress, and I cannot wait to see the work he will do in D.C.”
Former State Senator Lou Correa responded:
“I am thankful to have the support of the Regional Director of the CA Democratic Party Florice Orea Hoffman. Her dedication to promoting and supporting our California community is an inspiration, and I look forward to working with her to develop policies that will make the California dream a reality for all residents. In Congress, I will collaborate with my fellow legislators to create more good-paying jobs, excellent schools and educational opportunities, and safer, cleaner neighborhoods for all.”
